B L MicroTek Ltd has been providing IT Equipment and Technical support for over
20 years now, both here in New Zealand and with our partner in Australia - GT
MicroPro Pty Ltd.

The service department team is responsible for servicing, upgrading, repairing and maintaining
B L MicroTek Products and other IT related services to government and education providers
as well as to small, medium and large size privately owned businesses. The technical service
centre provides both return-to-depot and on-site services with flexible hours to
suit our customers.

Our service personnel who are based in Levin (the heart of the Horowhenua), have a wide range of expertise ranging from general advice to covering
a wide range of IT services to meet all your requirements! We are committed to providing
complete customer satisfaction which we achieve with our very high quality Service and Support
methods. This is also made possible by the long term relationships we have with our major
partners such as Intel, VM Direct, Microsoft, Seagate and PQI.

By continuing to provide very High Quality Service and Support to our customers we guarantee
that all connectivity within B L MicroTek Computer products is submitted to a 48 hour Burn-in Test
procedure. This ensures detection of malfunctioning components, and provides B L MicroTek with
a low failure rate out on-site.

B L MicroTek continues to set the benchmark in service and support with a world wide web
service request form, Video e-mail and build your own notebook
on-line facilities. These both allow you to submit a
service request form or being able to submit a
customised notebook of your choice for a quote, 24 hours a day
7 days a week.
